Do you guarantee leads?

No. You're buying a website built to turn visitors into calls and quote requests. How many visitors you get depends on your ads, your Google profile and your word of mouth. If you want done-for-you lead generation, that's a separate conversation with Tier 1 Turf.

How fast can my site be live?

Two weeks from the day your photos and info arrive. The build starts when your content does, so the faster you send it, the faster you're live.

What do I need to send you?

Your logo, job photos, the services you offer, the towns you serve, your phone number and any reviews you have. I send you a checklist after the call so nothing gets missed.

My photos aren't great. Is that a problem?

Most turf crews only have phone shots of finished jobs, and that's fine. We work with what you have. The Pro package includes photo direction so your crews know what to shoot on the next jobs.

Why is the care plan required?

A site nobody updates goes stale fast. The care plan covers hosting, updates, adding new job photos, small changes and support. It's how your site keeps getting better, and how you get help without waiting on a freelancer.

Can I spread out the cost?

Yes. The Standard site is $500 down, then $400 a month for five months. Same total as paying up front.

Can you use my current domain?

Yes. At launch we connect the new site to the domain you already have. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you pick one.

Do you only work with turf companies?

Yes. Installers, suppliers and landscapers who do turf. That focus is why the sites work.
